Living my passion for bringing people together and be their guide makes me happier than anything I have ever imagined ever could, and I want to give that same feeling to YOU. I am passionate about helping others find that same “something” in their lives, find their bio-individuality.
In the same way, the people that form a community are equally valuable and interconnected. I have made it my personal mission to create positive change in my clients’ lives and, by extension, create a ripple effect of positive energy that transforms families and communities.

As a holistic health coach and personal trainer with more than 15 years of experience under my belt, I have helped hundreds of clients to find fulfilment through an integrated approach to health and wellness. By improving their eating and lifestyle habits, my clients have seen remarkable improvement in their
overall health and wellness.
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition school in the world, where I had the privilege of training under leading industry experts, including Joshua Rosenthal and Deepak Chopra. My philosophy, in line with the school’s, is that everything is connected. The parts that form us are each equally important. This is why we have the ability to change everything about our lives by making one simple change -- the food that we choose to eat.
I have also graduated as a Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I am also a certified PowerPlate and Technogym Kinesis Instructor
Certified Pre-,and Post Natal Specialist accredited by Can-Fit-Pro
Diploma of Culinary Art and Tourism from the Culinary Art School of Budapest
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
